Client: NOP World

  Brief: NOP World is a household name in the survey and market research world.

Client had a website that was difficult to manage and update. (over 700 pages) They needed their own search engine in the site and also to know where their visitors were coming from.

They were just undergoing a re-brand, so it was the right time to launch the total new look.

We are proud to have been associated with their re-design.

  Solution:

After nearly 12 months of design, testing and training for the client.

We provided:

A template based solution.
New look and feel to reflect their brand image
Image manipulation for other media including print and display stands
Training in how to update their own site.
Helped them build over 600 pages of the site
Provided a scripted navigation system to help the user find what they were looking for quickly.
An internal search engine that scans the contents of the site.
Graphic images that tell a story about the content.
Promotion in the search engines so that they can bring new business in, on going.

Once the company were comfortable with their first re-design, we then suggested a move towards a portal style which has now gone live. (See the second image below)

We applaud NOP for making use of user trends in their move towards a portal style website, after all the adage is true –“content is king”
The roll out is scheduled for the summer of 2002.
